Since my Uncle's Birthday fell on Super Bowl Sunday I decided to incorporate the two festivities together! He wanted a chocolate on chocolate and I decided to mix it up with a vanilla filling. I took the recipes from the Kitchen Aid recipe book that came with my mixer.

I perhaps went a little over board. I wish the cake looked a little more simplistic.

Ta-dah! I should have taken a picture after it was cut to see what the inside looked like! It was a good cake though and I enjoyed making it!
