S'more cookies... literally!

Round two of s'more cookies. I made some big alterations.
I found the recipe to naturally be thin, even though I cut the butter in half and I reduced the bake time.

Preheat the oven 375 degrees

1/2 cup (one stick) butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 Cups AP flour
1 1/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 dash of cinnamon

2 cups or less mini marshmallows
1 1/2 mini chocolate chips
2 big chocolate Herseys bars OR 5 regular size (I found some on sale)

Beat fat and sugar together until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, and then add the vanilla. Combine flour, graham crackers, baking soda, salt, and the dash of cinnamon in a medium. Slowly add in flour mixture. Add mini chocolate chips.
Scoop a tablespoon sized (nothing bigger) portion scoop unto an ungreased cookies sheet.
Bake for 8 mins. Remove cookies from the oven and while still on the baking sheet add the mini marshmallows and chocolate pieces. Those will melt from the heat of the cookies sheet.
